Last week ReedPop hosted the 2nd Annual Special Edition: NYC, the comic book-centric sister convention to New York Comic Con. Needless to say it was a lot of fun! Today’s episode features two interviews conducted at Pier 94 during Special Edition:
First up is James Emmett, a NY-based illustrator who is the writer and artist of a comic book called The Committee by Wayward Raven Media. James details the origins his epic comic book series and gives us a little insight into the characters in this new universe.
The second interview is with Matt “Matman” Herring, a writer and co-host of the Secret Identity podcast. Matt regales us with an amusing anecdote from his youth and drops a few controversial bombs regarding some of his favorite movies.
